Our š EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS š is now active - meaning that you can start getting ready for Christmas early this year!
Orders placed from Monday 13th October 2025, are granted an extended period of eligibility to allow for Pom Pom London gifts received to exchanged, up until Monday 5th January 2026.

Items must still meet our standard returned items policy criteria:
Goods must be returned in a new, unused & saleable condition with all original packaging.
If your item is personalised it is not possible to exchange.
Ensure that you provide your loved ones with the 6 digit order number, so that they have all the information that they need to begin an exchange. All Extended Christmas Returns can be processed online using ourĀ Self-Serve Returns Portal
Begin by selecting "Return a gift" - this ensures that the original purchaser is not notified should you choose to exchange your gift.Ā

For residents of the USA
Whilst Pom Pom London is unable to offer direct exchanges to US customers at this time, you will still be able to opt to return your gift in exchange for a Pom Pom London Gift Card (Store Credit)
We then encourage you to use the issued Gift Card to re-purchase the item(s) that you had your eye on instead. Pom Pom London Gift Cards have no expiration date, so allows for plenty of time to choose your desired products.
