How do I personalise a bag?Updated 20 days ago

You will be able to find the option to "Personalise Me" on all eligible crossbody bags. 

Fist, choose your two free straps. Then select "Personalise Me" to add your custom personalisation which will be added to your new crossbody bag!

We can currently personalise: Original Mini, City Mini, Original, City, Original Plus, and City Plus Bags (including Suede, but excluding Quilted and Croc variants)


If you do not see this option, sadly it is most likely that this type of product is incompatible with our debossing machine and cannot be personalised at this time.
