Caring for your Pom Pom London productsUpdated 19 days ago
Leather
As leather is a natural material, applying simple care and regular maintenance will prolong the life of your Pom Pom London leather bags.
Using a slightly damp cloth should help remove small marks or dirt. Do not soak the bag, as this will penetrate and damage the leather.
We recommend using a cream-based leather conditioner as part of your regular care and maintenance to nourish, clean, and polish all of your leather items.
Suede
Suede can be a more delicate style leather material, and can need more care and maintenance.
We recommend you use a waterproofing product designed for suede material every 3-4 weeks.
Small stains or marks can easily be brushed off using a suede brush.
Always avoid contact with water, as this will make any marks or stains worse.
Suede is a porous raw material and due to the dying process, some colour transfer may occur.
Please use care with light coloured or delicate fabrics.
Material & Fabric Products
Products such as our Cotton Dust Bags, and Fabric Woven Straps can be hand cleaned using a gentle detergent and clean damp cloth.
Once clean, air dry.
Storage
Both leather and suede products should be stored in their dust bags, away from direct sunlight and heat such as radiators. A cool, dry place is ideal.
