How do I return items to be Exchanged or Refunded?

We hope you will be very pleased with your order, but if not you are welcome to request an exchange or refund for your order.

To begin your return for an exchange, refund, or for store credit please use our Online Returns Portal:

Your Order Number and email address must match exactly as written on your order confirmation. An order number begins with the # sign followed by 6 digits (for example: #000123).
If you are unable to begin your return request, please double check you have the information typed correctly and that your order is eligible to be returned. Example:

Goods must be returned in an unused & saleable condition with all original packaging & tags attached.

We offer a standard 30-day Returns & Exchanges Policy, please ensure your goods are returned back to us within 30 days of your delivery. Please note, Sale Purchase Items have a 14-day returns & exchanges window.

If your item is Personalised it is final sale, and not possible to return.

Return Shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. This is applicable to refund and exchange return requests.

For exchanges, you only need to return the item(s) which you wish to exchange. The matching leather strap must be returned with any bag being exchanged.

For refunds, the full order (including free items, Straps, etc) must be returned in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Any discounts applied to your purchase order will be adjusted to account for any new changes for refund or exchange requests.
