We hope you will be very pleased with your order, but if not and you would like to return you purchase please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to process an exchange or return. Goods must be received back to us within 30 days of receiving, in a saleable condition with:
- All original packaging & stuffing in bag
- Pom Pom London leather/cardboard tag attached
- Protective tape on all zip pulls
- Unworn, Unused
We recommend either sending the goods back via signed for delivery or obtaining a certificate of purchase. On receipt of the returned goods in a saleable condition we will issue a full refund. Return shipping to be paid by buyer. International returns should be sent via a tracked/signed for service.
