Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Hampshire, England, UK.

Our fulfilment centre operates during regular business working days, Monday-Friday. No orders will be sent during the weekend or during observed Public Holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) working days of placing the order (although most are dispatched the same day).

Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent the following working day.

Order below £70: Royal Mail 2nd Class (£2.95) (2-3 days)
Royal Mail 1st Class (£4.95) (1-2 days)
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (£6.95)
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (£8.95)
DPD Next Day - Next day on orders placed Monday-Thursday (£7.50)

We have partnered with Royal Mail and DPD to offer a Tracked service on all orders, so you can follow the progress of your order and get a time slot for delivery.

🇺🇸 USA Deliveries

We take care of all duties and import tax, so you have nothing additional to pay

Orders over $100: Free UPS/DHL Express (1-3 days)
Order below $100: UPS/DHL Express ($21.00) (1-3 days)

Our partnership with UPS and DHL enables us to deliver to the East Coast USA within 1-2 days, and West Coast USA within 2-3 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number followed by a time slot for delivery estimated by the courier.

🇪🇺 EU DELIVERIES

We take care of all duties and taxes, so you have nothing to pay* :)

*In the unlikely event our courier does ask for duties to be paid, please email [email protected] and we will resolve this.

🇨🇦 CANADA Deliveries

We take care of all duties and import taxes, so you have additional nothing to pay on

Order below C$116: UPS Express (C$22.00) (1-3 days)

Our partnership with UPS and DHL enables us to deliver to much of the Canada the next working day, in some cases it can take up to 3 days.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number followed by a time slot for delivery estimated by the courier.

We take care of all duties and taxes, so you have nothing to pay :)

Orders over A$121: Free International Express (6-10 days)
Order below A$121: International Express (A$16.00) (6-10 days)
DHL Express A$28 (3-4 days)
