Goods must be received back to us within 30 days of delivery, in a saleable condition with:

All original packaging & stuffing in bag

Pom Pom London leather/cardboard tag attached

Protective tape on all zip pulls

Unworn, and Unused

If your item is personalised it is not possible to return. Return Shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
