Please find below a brief overview of our Return for Refund/Exchange T&C's, further information can be found directly on our website: HERE
- Goods must be returned in a new, un-used & saleable condition with all original packaging & tags attached.
- We offer a standard 30-day Returns & Exchanges Policy, please ensure your goods are returned back to us within 30 days of your delivery. Please note, Sale Purchase Items have a 14-day returns & exchanges window.
- If your item is Personalised it is final sale, and not possible to return.
- Return Shipping is to be paid by the Buyer. This is applicable to refund and exchange return requests.
- For exchanges, you only need to return the item(s) which you wish to exchange. The matching leather strap and matching Keyring must be returned with any bag being exchanged.
- For refunds, the full order (including free items, Straps, etc) must be returned in order to be eligible for a full refund.
- Any discounts applied to your purchase order will be adjusted to account for any new changes for refund or exchange requests.
